The short version
Zoho Invoice is one of the most generous free invoicing tools there is. Sign up and you get quotes, recurring invoices, automatic reminders, expense and time tracking, a portal for your clients and a choice of payment gateways, without paying Zoho anything, up to 500 invoices a year. If you'll use those things, it's hard to beat. One Page Invoice is for the other case: you want to bill someone now, without creating an account, connecting a gateway or learning a system.
Pick Zoho Invoice if you
- Send quotes first and turn them into invoices, or bill the same clients on a schedule.
- Want reminders sent for you and card payments run through a gateway you connect once.
- Track time or expenses and bill them, or already use other Zoho apps.

Zoho also has a free web invoice generator that works without signing up: you can pick from many templates and download or print the PDF, with “Crafted with ease using Zoho Invoice” at the bottom of the invoice. Zoho Invoice is free. Why use this instead?
If you'll use quotes, recurring billing, reminders or expense and time tracking, Zoho Invoice gives you more for free than we do. Use One Page Invoice when you want an invoice out in a minute: no account to make, no gateway to connect, and a link your client can pay from as soon as you're done.
Do I need to connect a payment gateway?
No. Paste a payment link you already have (a Stripe Payment Link, PayPal.me, or your bank's pay page) and the share link shows a Pay button for it, with the QR code on the PDF opening the same page. We never handle the money or take a cut.
Can more than one person use an account?
No. An account is one person's sender profile, invoices and clients. If a team shares the invoicing, Zoho Invoice's two free users may suit you better.
Will my client see your name?
Free invoices carry a small “Made with onepageinvoice.com” line at the bottom of the PDF and the share page. Pro removes it, for $7 a month or $60 a year.
