Invoice with a payment link
Invoice with a payment link and QR code
Send a link instead of an attachment. Your client opens the invoice on their phone, presses Pay and lands on your Stripe, PayPal or bank payment page. The PDF carries a QR code to the same page.
Free. No sign-up. A one-page PDF you can send today.
How it works
- Fill in the invoice and paste your payment link in the editor: a Stripe Payment Link, a PayPal.me link or your bank's request-to-pay link.
- Turn on the online link and QR code. Your invoice gets its own page, and the PDF prints its address and a QR code to it.
- Send the link by email, text or chat, or send the PDF. Either way, your client is one tap from paying.
- Your client opens it on their phone, sees the amount and due date, and presses Pay. The money goes straight to your account.
What your client sees
- The invoice at a glance: who it's from, the balance due and the due date.
- A Pay button to your payment link, when you add one.
- Your bank details with a copy button, for clients who prefer a transfer.
- The PDF to download for their records.
The page isn't listed in search engines, and links you share show a preview card with the amount and due date in chat apps.
Fees and privacy
We don't process the payment and don't take a cut: the button opens your own provider's page, under their usual fees. The online invoice is kept for 30 days after your last change, and you can turn the link off at any time with the private edit link. Signed in, your invoices stay in your account with their links.
Questions
Do you take a cut of the payment?
No. The Pay button opens your own payment link (Stripe, PayPal, your bank), so the money goes straight to you under your provider's fees. We never handle it.
What does my client see?
A page with the invoice, the amount due, a Pay button when you add a payment link, your bank details with a copy button, and the PDF to download. It isn't listed in search engines.
How long does the link work?
30 days after your last change. You can turn it off any time from the edit link, and signed-in invoices keep their link.
Where do I get a payment link?
From your payment provider: Stripe Payment Links, a PayPal.me link, or your bank's request-to-pay link. Paste it as the payment link in the editor.
