The service
One Page Invoice lets you make one-page PDF invoices and, if you choose, share them through a link. It is free to use without an account. We may change or stop features, and we will say so on this site when we do.
Your invoices
You are responsible for what your invoices say: amounts, tax, your business details and your client's. We don't check them and we don't give tax or legal advice. Keep your own copy of every PDF you send; online links expire after 30 days.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to deceive people: no fake or misleading invoices, no phishing, no payment links that impersonate someone else, nothing illegal. Don't try to break, overload or scrape the service; the API has fair limits. We may turn off links that break these rules and block abusive traffic.
Reporting abuse
If you received an invoice through a link that looks fraudulent, use “Report this invoice” on that page or write to [email protected] with the link. We look at every report.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we can't promise it will be error-free or always online, and we aren't liable for losses from using it, to the extent the law allows.
