Free invoice templates
Pick the template closest to your work. Each one opens the editor with the right lines, currency and tax already set up; you add your details and download a one-page PDF.

How these templates work
Each template is a starting point, not a form to print. Pick the one closest to how you charge and it opens the editor with the right lines, currency, tax and payment terms set up. Add your details and the client's, check the live preview, and download a one-page PDF, or send a link your client can pay from.
- One page, always. The editor tells you before anything stops fitting, on US Letter or A4.
- Three designs. Classic, Minimal and Bold, each in your accent colour. Switching keeps everything you typed.
- No account. Your draft stays in your browser. Sign in only if you want saved invoices, a client list and numbering.
- Any currency. USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD, CHF and JPY, with your tax named VAT, GST or sales tax.

Questions
Are these invoice templates really free?
Yes. Filling one in, downloading the PDF and sharing a link are free, with no account. A small “Made with onepageinvoice.com” line is printed at the bottom of free invoices.
Is there a Word or Excel version?
No, and you don't need one: you fill the template in your browser and download a finished PDF, which looks the same on every device and can't be changed by accident. To edit it later, open the edit link or sign in to keep your invoices.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG or JPEG in the editor; the Classic design prints it in the letterhead.
Which template should I use?
The one closest to how you charge: by project (freelance), by the hour (consulting), labour and materials (contractor), or with VAT. They differ only in how they start; you can change every line.
