Questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No trial, no card, no limit on PDFs or links. Free invoices carry a small “Made with onepageinvoice” line; that is how the free plan pays for itself.
Do you take a cut of my invoice payments?
No. Your clients pay you directly, through the payment link or bank details you put on the invoice. The Pro subscription is the only thing we charge.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is added at checkout, based on your address.
Why does my card statement say Link?
Pro is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout, which acts as the reseller: it charges your card, collects any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipts. Your statement shows LINK.COM* ONE PAGE INV.
What happens if I cancel?
Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your account goes back to Free. Your invoices, clients and links stay; the “Made with” line comes back on your PDFs and share pages.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from “Manage subscription” on your Plan page. Moving to yearly starts now, with the unused part of your month credited. Moving to monthly starts when your year ends.
Can I get a refund?
If a renewal charged you when you meant to cancel, write to hello@onepageinvoice.com within 14 days and we'll refund it. See the terms.
