The short version

Invoice Simple is an invoicing business in an app: estimates, receipts, recurring billing, reminders and card payments, paid for by the month. One Page Invoice does one job: a clean invoice that fits on one page, and a link your client can open and pay from. That part is free, with no account and no limit on how many you make.

Pick Invoice Simple if you need

  • Recurring billing that charges the client's card automatically.
  • Estimates and receipts next to your invoices.
  • Card payments run by the app, rather than your own Stripe or PayPal link.
  • A phone app, or invoices in French, Spanish or Dutch.
  • Long invoices with dozens of lines over several pages.

Pick One Page Invoice if you want

  • No subscription to make, download and share invoices, however many you make.
  • A link and a QR code your client can pay from, without connecting a payment processor: paste any payment link you already have. See how the pay link works.
  • An invoice that always fits on one page, so it reads at a glance and prints cleanly.
  • Nothing between you and the money: the client pays your Stripe, PayPal or bank directly, and we take no cut.
  • Invoices from an AI assistant: Claude and other agents can make them through our API and connector.

Moving over

There's nothing to import. Start a new invoice, and if you want your numbering to continue, make a free account and set the next number in your sender profile; your details and clients are then filled in for you every time. Keep your old PDFs where they are: issued invoices don't need to move.

Questions

Is One Page Invoice really free?

Yes. The editor, unlimited PDFs, and a share link with a Pay button and QR code are free and need no account. Free invoices carry a small “Made with onepageinvoice.com” line; Pro ($7 a month or $60 a year) removes it and adds sending by email.

Can my clients pay by card?

Yes, through your own payment link: a Stripe Payment Link, PayPal.me, or your bank's pay page. The Pay button and the QR code open it. We don't process the payment or take a cut; your provider's usual fees apply.

Can I keep my invoice numbers?

Yes. Make a free account, set your prefix and next number in the sender profile, and new invoices carry on from there. Your clients go in the client book, so you type their details once.

Is there an app?

No. The editor works in your phone's browser, and the page your client opens is made for phones. There's nothing to install for you or for them.
